By reading the blogs from last year, I can tell that Mrs. Duke’s class is going to work me down to the bone. I expect homework to be our main grade, but there will be a lot of it. I know that one of the major concerns of students is the homework load, which I’m nervous about. But I expect the homework to only benefit us in the long run, helping us to understand the topics a little more and widen our eyes to see things in a different perspective. I am extremely excited about the concepts we will be covering this year, by reading last year’s post, it seem like this year is a lot of work, but fun as well. Waiting to the last minute to do homework doesn’t seem like it will work in this class, so I will try extra hard to learn how to manage my time better.

I agree with Janie’s main idea. By reading the last years blogs it does seem like this year is going to be hard, but in the long run it is going to pay off. Having consequences for turning homework in late is going to make us become responsable for our actions and pay for them in the long run. Just like Janie said “this year is going to work me to the bone” but it will be prepairing all of us for the rest of our lives.
